To get enough calories during weight loss you need to eat small & frequent
Meals, but don’t put long gap in between your main meals .Including high fiber breakfast cereals in diet like oats, dalia and etc. Don’t exclude Chapattis completely from your schedule.
Also, Include low fat milk & milk products in schedule such as low fat pannier, low fat curd.
Include high fiber fruits & vegetables such as apple, pear, orange, guava, papaya , spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, onion, capsicum, beans, lettuce in diet.
