My bone joints make sound during movements , is it because of calcium deficiency? Please suggest the treatment.

For answering this question I need to know more about your profile like age, sex, level of activity and for instituting treatment I need to atleast see an x-ray film.

But the complaint most likely goes in favor of osteoarthritis. It's not because of calcium deficiency but calcium supplementation helps. We need to know what kind of sounds your joints make .
