How should I make my health better?

I am 16 years old skinny girl with the weight of 35 Kg. Sometimes I have irregular periods which lasts up to 2 weeks

Dear patient,

Every other woman is different biological. Few of them gets regular periods and few of them don't. There are much causes behind the irregular periods. Changes in the level of the hormones estrogen & progesterone can alter the regular pattern of the periods. 

Other common causes of irregular periods include:
Having an intrauterine device (IUD)
Too much exercise
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Stress
Overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) or underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) and etc
If you're having irregular periods so that could be because of your weak health or due to low hemoglobin. I would highly recommend you maintain your diet, take milk daily twice a day, take orange juice, apples, banana, papaya, pineapple, pomegranate etc.Coconut water and high protein diet like eggs, pulses, chicken, soybeans, beans, grams, oats etc should help you for sure. Also, make sure you're not skipping your meals. 

Also, I would suggest you speak any gynecologist for better resolution of your problem.
