Gaining weight is a scientific process. It needs a scientific approach and lifestyle modifications.Modifying your food choices can help increase weight gradually in a healthy way. Include healthy carbohydrates like dark choclates, cakes. Protein rich sources like dal , soyabean, eggs, milk and milk products. Healthy fat like humous spread, shakes like banana shake, chikoo shake, mango shake ,avocado ,oilveoil ,chappati with desi ghee can help. Always remember to have all the three meals in a day and keep yourself motivated.
