High cholesterol is a lifestyle disease. These are diseases that are linked with the way people live their life. This is commonly caused by lack of physical activity and unhealthy eating. Yes, it is possible to reduce cholesterol levels by bringing changes in your diet & physical activity, but also it’s very important to use the right type of fat for cooking & to bring healthy food choices in diet.
Like try using olive /canola/ rice bran / soy /mustard oil. Use blended oils or mix sunflower, corn, til or safflower oil with mustard /rapeseed. Change oils in couple of months.
